Ancient Greek Gods And Lore Revisited Pdf
The Gods and Goddesses of Greek Mythology. Long, long ago in ancient Greece. In the stories we now call myths. The gods and goddesses ruled the Greek. 'Oltissis' has no trace in the ancient Greek. No trace of the book, 'Ancient Greek Gods and Lore Revisited,' was found in several libraries with extensive classical literature. I've checked with three well-versed classicists, all with PhDs in the field. THE CAMBRIDGE HISTORY OF Greek and Roman. The Socratic problem revisited 160 4. The myth of the Politicus and other political myths 239 3.
AND THEN: ‘The Vessel is an information probe that enables us to understand your environment. Our native environment is unlike yours, so we wish to learn so that we might be able to function in your environment. We are able to create a TEAR in what you perceive as Time and Space in order to travel great distances for our research. We repair the tear when we return to our own planet. ‘Our Planet is smaller than EARTH and has 4 of your MOONS.
Two of these moons we inhabit.’ Ted Connors: I assume that they live on the planet Oltissis. And the moons surround this planet. They use the two moons for purposes.
If you read the next, you’ll see. ‘One of these is for QUARENTINE of those of our world who are ill or injured. It is necessary that those be separated from the rest of our world until healed.
The other MOON is for production of the CRYSTALS that provide our power and propulsion for our vessels. The Production of the CRYSTALS is a highly volatile and dangerous procedure that could harm our environment. ‘Your world’s interpretation of what you call TIME & SPACE is incorrect. ALL is INFINATE.’ [ Sic ] TED, HOW DO YOU INTERPRET, ‘ALL is INFINATE’? Ted Connors: I think the way it came through to me was that we are all connected and they (Oltissis) are connected to us by some means and we are connected to them. I believe there are more than three dimensions, and I believe this was a statement verifying to me that there is time travel and there is another dimension. There is something there other than just what we perceive.
AND THAT OLTISSIS MIGHT NOT EVEN BE IN THE DIMENSION THAT WE’RE IN? AND THEN: ‘The VESSEL creates communications points at the locations where we make contact with your species. These communication points remain open until such time as the contact returns to initiate contact with us. After this contact it is closed.’ CAN YOU TALK ABOUT THAT MORE? In examining the drone mystery, some common denominators are there.
One common denominator is that most of the time, the drone photos results in them being around trees. My theory on this is that the tree is used as a communications point because the tree is grounded into our Earth. BUT THE TREE (AT OFFICE COMPLEX OF JUNE 25, 2007, FIRST ENCOUNTER) IS NO LONGER REALLY ALIVE.
HOW COULD IT HAVE CONTINUED TO FUNCTION AS A COMMUNICATION POINT? Possibly the demise of the tree was due to their (Oltissis) own interference. OR THAT THE ELECTROSTATIC SOUND, THE DRAGONFLY DRONE ENERGY THAT IT CARRIED INTO THIS DIMENSION NEAR THAT TREE, MIGHT HAVE BEEN WHAT CAUSED THE TREE TO DIE? That’s possible.
I was able to obtain samples of the tree, examined by a forestry expert. I was shocked when I got the information back because the pieces that I submitted for examination, came back with traces of the element palladium in the tree bark. I think it was 0.85% palladium element inside the tree. They could find no pine blight. There was no beetle damage and no larvae from beetles. The only thing they could find were metallic traces that were in the tree of the element palladium..
July 7, 2011 Albuquerque, New Mexico - Since my Earthfiles and Coast to Coast AM radio reports on June 30 - July 1, 2011, I have received many viewer and listener emails about dragonfly drone eyewitness “Ted Connors” and the library book he says was confiscated by NSA and Homeland Security agents at his work place on December 22, 2010, concerning the subject of “Oltissis” referenced in the confiscated book. Ted says he looked through old books on a table at a local library and checked out one entitled, Ancient Greek Gods and Lore Revisited © 1962 by Fredrico Ionnides (words/spellings as remembered by Ted Connors, who is searching for original checkout information.) Ted found three references to Oltissis in the index. One reference was a footnote that the name Oltissis referred to historic pleasure palaces in Greece and China's Xanadu. See Websites below.
The following emails are from Earthfiles viewers joining the book search with valuable insights of their own about the once-great, ancient Greek civilization on this planet lasting from the the 8th to 6th centuries B.C. Through the beginning of the Early Middle Ages with the rise of the Byzantine era following Justinian I.. Earthfiles Viewer Email on July 6, 2011.
“Linda, I wanted to share with you an experience I had today on the book Ted Connors had until he had it taken away. I went to the closet major city library today to do some research. Of course the book was not listed in the library directory but what happened in the ‘rare books section’ was very intriguing. The rare books section is small even though it is a major city library. I stopped by the desk of the curator for the rare books section. I asked for the book by the name given at your Earthfiles.com and on the radio shows with Whitley and with Coast. The woman was really helpful and said it was not in the rare books section, but she would ‘search’ for it with a tool that allows the libraries to do a world search.
She said; ‘If it was printed, I’ll find it.’ There was a long delay as she tapped on the keyboard. She was moving between databases. Then the oddest look came across her face and she said: ‘Hmmm.’ Then she looked up at me. She hesitated. I asked: ‘Did you find it?’ She paused as if trying to figure out how to answer me.
I could not see the screen. She answered: ‘Well, in all the world, it’s not available.’ This prompted me to ask: ‘If it was once available would you have a microfiche record on it?’ She paused even longer looking between whatever she was reading and me. Then she finally said: ‘Well, it was published in 1962.’ She had something on the screen about it. She stopped and looked away. After the longest pause of the entire encounter, I asked, ‘Can you tell me more?’ She looked like she’d seen a ghost, that’s the only way I can describe the look on her face. She then put emphasis on her next words: ‘IF,’ if it was ever published, it would have been privately. The author would have had the book printed on his own without a publisher.
That’s all I can say.’ She seemed to want me to leave. I thought about asking her to let me look at the screen she was looking at, but she reached down and shut the screen off. I’ve never had this happen in that library with that particular curator. I would say that what Ted Connors said happened to him in his boss's office has ‘long arms’ of influence.”./[quote] Coast to Coast segments discussing the above: The segment about the book itself is in part 3.
Recently via several sites and especially the work of Linda Moulton Howe, a book has been mentioned as one stolen away by mysterious men in black, NSA, or other clandestine agency. A search of WorldCat (a catalog of library catalogs), the Library of Congress, and the British Museum failed to bring up any copies of this book anywhere.
Not all collections or titles are found in these search tools but chances are excellent any major work of that age still in a library would be listed in one or more of these indexes. Too arcane or rare would have it in a special collection. Public libraries - such as the one alleged in this story - deal with popular works and a book of that subject, from that date, would be a very unusual on a public library shelf due to frequent updating of the circulating collection. The simple truth is books get worn out with use, become unappealing to readers, or have outdated images or content. They have to be in print to be replaced and this should leave a trail. Theoretically this mysterious book recounts the name of the who have some connection to mysterious drones reportedly seen in California and the south. Yet, in 2010 that name was apparently being found in an online.
Hmmm, I feel a tug on the collective leg of those investigating and reporting this witness' strange tale. Some may claim every single copy of the book was confiscated and destroyed. They were burned or taken to some sinister underground location where they are also keeping other secrets. It is also possible it never existed in this universe outside someone's imagination. Anonymous I checked this book out from the library back in the 90's.
The material was.very interesting to say the least. Unfortunately I didn't start really reading it in depth until it was almost time to return it. I went to renew it at the circulation desk but the librarian very quickly took it from me and told me they hadn't meant to put it on the shelf in the first place. Just before that I had seen her talking nervously with a rather nondescript man in a dark suit. The whole thing was very weird and a bit unsettling.
I can only wonder exactly what was in that book. Anonymous Once I was reading this very book and a large spacecraft came in through my bedroom window. A small, delicate creature exited the craft and hovered over my bed. It said 'Did you like the part about Thor' and then smacked me in the left temple with a wand about the size, shape, color, and construct of an unsharpened #2 pencil, up to and including an eraser at one end. It used the eraser end so it didn't really hurt much. However, I felt a little dizzy after that.
The being hovered into my bathroom and ate all my toothpaste, properly squeezing the tube from the end, as if it had done this before. This was a little disconcerting, but I managed to ask it: 'What is the meaning of life?' To which it responded 'Do you have any more toothpaste?'

When I slowly nodded my head 'no' it went back into the spacecraft and left exactly as it had entered. The funny thing is, the tiny bit of toothpaste that was left in the tube glowed an eerie green color, but only in the presence of an unsharpened pencil with a full eraser.
I still have the toothpaste tube and a dent in my temple to prove every bit of this is true, I'm pretty sure. And yes, in case the creature is reading this website, I did like the part about Thor.
Awesome book, I highly recommend it if you don't mind lots of weird stuff happening in your life.
Gorgo was the queen of the of, daughter of the king Cleomenes (reigned 520-490 BCE), wife of King (reigned 490-480 BCE), and mother of King Pleistarchus (reigned 480-458 BCE). Her birth and death dates are unknown but it is generally believed, based on inferences from, that she was born in either 518 or 508 BCE, was already married to King Leonidas by 490 BCE, and survived his death at in 480 BCE. She was most likely still alive during the reign of her son Pleistarchus, but for how long and what role she played at his court are not known. She is a figure of note for her wisdom, cleverness, and the apparent authority she assumed in the lives of those around her. Both her father and her husband listened to her counsel, and she is one of the few women mentioned by Herodotus in his Histories.
Ancient Greek Gods And Lore Revisited
The historian and novelist Helena P. Schrader writes: The most remarkable thing about Gorgo, wife of King of Sparta, is that we know anything about her at all. Herodotus and other ancient Greek historians are far more likely to mention Persian queens than the wives of Greeks – not because Persian women were more powerful than their Greek counterparts, but because Persians had several wives, and so it was sometimes useful to record by which of them a certain Persian figure had been born.
Since Greeks had only one legitimate wife, there was no need for such clarification when it came to prominent Greek citizens. Even the names of Spartan queens are rarely mentioned. We do not know, for example, the names of either Leonidas' mother or his stepmother, the 'second wife' who caused all the trouble in the Agiad family in the second half of the 6th century BC. The near complete absence of Greek women in ancient history (as opposed to and drama) is a function of the fact that ancient historians were predominantly Athenian males from the classical or periods.
Athenians of these periods did not think women should be seen – much less heard – in public. Women had no public role and so no business in politics or history. As said in one of his most famous speeches, 'The greatest glory of a woman is to be least talked about, whether they are praising you or criticizing you.' (, History of the, 2:46.). Gorgo was, by that standard, a hopeless piece of scandal. Early Life As a Spartan girl of nobility, Gorgo would have been brought up at court trained in singing, dancing,, and, especially, physical education.

Unlike Athenian women, who were considered lesser than males and relegated to their homes, Spartan women were free to pursue an education, own land, initiate divorce, and go where they pleased (within reason). It has been speculated, therefore, that there were other women as notable as Gorgo, probably many, whose lives and deeds were simply not recorded. The first account of her in Herodotus is from when she was eight or nine years old (though she is thought to have actually been older). This was during the time of the revolt of the Ionian -states against Persian rule (c. 499-493 BCE), which was instigated by the tyrant of Miletus, Aristagoras, and supported by the city-state of. When the revolt failed, Aristagoras fled to the Greek mainland and then to the to enlist the aid of Sparta in driving the Persians from.

He offered the king more and still more money, until Gorgo said, 'Father, your visitor is going to corrupt you if you don't get up and leave'. Herodotus King Cleomenes had already sent Aristagoras away, refusing this request, but Aristagoras visited him at his home and attempted to bribe him. Interestingly, Herodotus reports, Gorgo was present in the room with her father when Aristagoras arrived and, when Aristagoras asked the king to send the child away so they could talk privately, Cleomenes refused and told him to speak freely in front of her. Aristagoras then offered him a substantial bribe for his assistance, which was declined, so he offered the king more and still more money until Gorgo said, 'Father, your visitor is going to corrupt you if you don't get up and leave' (Herodotus, 5.51). Cleomenes took her advice and refused Aristagoras' bribe. Schrader writes, In no other Greek city but Sparta would a female of any age have been allowed to be present, much less heard and heeded, at a meeting between heads of state.
